He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Baty and Irene Baty (Seematter); and his brothers, Leroy Baty, Al Baty and Michael Baty.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Baty (Stephanie) of Upland, CA, Lisa Mizzoni of LasVegas, NV and Lynne Ciotti (Anthony) of Upland, CA; and his siblings, Carl Baty (Carolyn), Clint Baty of Branson, MO, Guyila Moore of Branson, MO and Mary Lou Steiger of Branson, MO. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requested donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 3645 South Ave. Springfield, MO 65807.
