She is survived by: her husband James R. Heavin; her daughter Cynthia R. Farley (Heavin) of Galena, Missouri; her granddaughters, Emilee, Gracelyn and Josie Farley; her siblings, Sharon Heavin of Ozark, Pat Abbott (Dennis) of Mtn, Larry Willbanks (Peggy) of Fayettville, Tom Willbanks (Dorothy) of Plattsburg, Terry Willbanks of Springfield and Kenny Willbanks of Seymour, Missouri; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Nicholson of Mtn View, Missouri and Darrell Heavin (Cheryl) of Spokane. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
