She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Chase and Beulah Chase (Cambell); and her brothers, Ralph Chase, Carl Chase, Vernon Chase and Ivan Chase.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jesse Chase (Ilene) of Galena, MO, Freddie Chase (Tomi) of Stotts City, MO, Esther Schnake (Wayne) of Stotts City, MO, Kay Delker of El Dorado, KS, Vera Moore of Pratt, KS and Barbara Moore of Springfield, MO.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations go to First Baptist Church of Elsey, MO.
