He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Grace Lewis (Cutbirth); and his brothers, Rod, Denny and Rickie Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Dona Cowan; his siblings, Edwina Williams (James), Bob Lewis (Beverly), Bill Lewis (Debbie) and Randy Lewis (Dawn); and also Cortney Smith (Eric). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
