He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Cutbirth and Audie Cutbirth (Hedrick); his wife Helen Cutbirth; and his brother Dean Cutbirth. He is survived by: his sons, Jackie Cutbirth (Nadine) of Galena, MO and Michael Cutbirth (Pamela) of Galena, MO; his grandchildren, Richard Cutbirth, Kimberly DeAtley, Mitch Cutbirth, Nick Cutbirth, Chad Carson and Jeimie Carson; and his great grandchildren, Nadalynn DeAtley, Jarrett DeAtley, Trinnaty Cutbirth, Davin Cutbirth, Kenny Cutbirth, Logan Cutbirth, Colton Cutbirth, Noah Henderson, Tate Henderson, Conner Henderson, Christian Henderson, Sydney Carson, Katie Carson, Brooke Carson, Chloe Carson, Henry Carson, Jack Carson and Nash Carson. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
