He is survived by: his girlfriend Denise Murray of Crane, Missouri; his stepson Roger Vanmeeter of Kansas City, Missouri; his sister Sheryl Leach of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tony McBride, Tyson McBride and Tiffany Murray; and his great grandchildren, Ben, LaRondon, Tru and Mila.
