He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottlieb Pastian and Matilda Sandau Pastian; his sons, Larry and Richard Pastian; his grandson Joseph Pastian; and his siblings, Ester, Elsie Pastian, Otto, Melvin, Paul, Leo and Marvin Pastian.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce McCormick (James Robert) of Crane and Jerry Pastian of Lynn Wood, Washington; and his siblings, Rudy Pastian of Sauke Centre, Minnesota and Evei Kennedy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
