She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Fries; her son James Michael Repass; and her parents, Francis James and Mary Alice James. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim and Sydney; her stepson Vincent Fries; and her brothers, Frank and Kenny James. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
