She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Cook and Gertrude Cook (Terry); her siblings, Billy, Wayne Cook, Shirley Smith, Donna Orr and Deanna Hartwig; her husbands, Leo Kincaid and Doyle Culling; her grandfather Gene Silkwood; and her son Donald Green.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Green (Joyce), James "Matt" Kincaid (Jeni) and Ruth "Sissy" Tranbarger (Doyle); her grandchildren, Melissa Edgar, Joshua Green, Kenneth Green, Cody Green, Heather Shoemaker, Christina Tranbarger, Cortney Miller, Travis Tranbarger, Jami Zwygart, Michael Houk, Tiffany Kincaid and Breydon Kincaid; and her siblings, Terry Cook (Sondra), Ronnie Cook (Toni) and Wanda Petrie. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
