With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caitlin Khrystyne of Cowgill, Missouri, who passed away on June 15, 2021 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her aunt Carolyn McCrary; her uncle Artie True; and her nephew Esper Tackett. She is survived by: her siblings, Trevor Tackett (Bethany) of Warsaw, Tyler Hemenway of St Louis County, Nicolas Hemenway and Makayla Hamilton of Trenton; and her grandparents, James Tackett of Ray County, Eugina Bailey (Bob) of Richmond, Brenda (Wes Crawford, Sr.) of Richmond and Sadie Acker of Richmond. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Caitlin Lake memorial fund.
