He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Ratliff and Reba Ratliff (Rogers); his uncle Doyle; his siblings, Bill, Larry, Doug and Christy; his aunts, Jessie York and Sue Campbell; his uncle Glen Rogers; his grandparents, Shelby, Mae Rogers, William and Amy Ratliff; his sister Linda Fisher; and his nephew John Ratliff. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
