He was predeceased by: his parents, Orace Maxwell and Regina McCready. He is survived by: his wife Judy McCready; his daughter Leah Jerez (John Vansaat); and his grandsons, Joshua and Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He loved animals; especially his dogs and he enjoyed donating to various animal rescue organizations.
