He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Forthmann and Alice Forthmann; and his sister Sherry Forthmann. He is survived by: his wife Debra Forthmann; his children, Stephanie McClune (Brian), Logan Forthmann (Shayda) and Bill Forthmann (Sarah Kardasz); his grandchildren, Abigail, Gavin, Addison and Rowan; and his siblings, Charles Forthmann (Linda) and Valerie Klein (Terry).
