He was predeceased by: his spouse Carroll A. DeClue; his son Richard DeClue; his siblings, Len DeClue (Kay), Rose Campbell (Dale), Kitty Haley (Jim) and Donald DeClue (Marion); and his parents, Walter DeClue and Sadie DeClue.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ruder, Thomas DeClue (Brandy) and William DeClue (late Misty); and his brother Bernard DeClue (late Carol).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bob's name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
