He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Stephan and Joyce Stephan; his siblings, Terry, Michael, Candace and Gary; his children, Rachel and Mitchel; and his stepchildren, Nicole, Jessica and Richard. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family is asking for donations to be made to the American heart Association.
