Urbanowicz; her children, Carol Hurst (John), Sue McDonough (Kelly) and John Steven Urbanowicz; her grandchildren, John Christopher, Justin, James Urbanowicz, Mark and Katie McDonough; and her great grandchildren, Marley, John, Colton, Quinn and Charlie.
Memorial donations in Patricia's name may be made to Mount Grace Convent of the Holy Adoration Sisters (Pink Sisters).
