He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Crabtree; his children, William Jeffrey Crabtree (Jennifer) and Nancy C. Smith (Eric); his grandchildren, Katelynn E. Smith and Joshua M. Smith; and his siblings, Margaret C. Darby (Richard) and Thomas R. Crabtree. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
