She is survived by: her husband Mark Putnam; her sons, Mark Putnam II (Tara Hageman) and Joe Putnam (Megan); and her siblings, James Burton (Vivian), Sylvia Stover (Fred), Steve Burton (Patricia), Charles Burton and Andrea Burton-Kopp.

Memorial contributions have been suggested to the Disabled American Veterans.
