He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Bailey and Frederick Bailey; his sisters, Verne Richardson of Stockton and Bernice; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Richardson and Bob Crow.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bailey (Kresl); his children, Tom Bailey (Julie) of Colorado Springs, Diane Kell (Clovis) of Bridgeton, Brent Bailey (Kerry) of Josephville and Scott Bailey of Harvester; his grandchildren, Cory Campbell (Casey) of Springfield, Missouri, Ben Campbell of O'Fallon, Missouri, Colleen Bailey-Knapke (Kyle) of South Bend, Indiana and Danny Bailey of Denver; and his great grandchildren, Peter Joseph (PJ), Margaret (Maggie) and Robert Bailey-Knapke (Baby Bobby). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
