He is survived by: his children, Steve Lewis (Pam) and Lavonne Stark (Doug); and his grandchildren, Jessica Newberry, Jonathan Lewis, Casey Lewis, Allie Jo Puckett and Dalton Stark. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
