She is survived by: her children, Jessica Velazquez, Andrea Thompson (Josh) and Jeffrey Velazquez; her grandchildren, Logan, Jacob, Makenna Ferguson, Cassidy, Emily Velazquez, Chance Velazquez, Jace and Myles Thompson; her stepparents, Willis Griggs and Beverly Leathers; and her siblings, Kay Phillippe (Jim) and Marc Smith (Mary). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
