He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McDonald and Pearl McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Donna Merritt; his children, Jeffrey McDonald (Kelly) of Kansas City, Missouri and Erin Bouchard (Will) of Circle Pines, Minnesota; his sister Judy Townsend (Herb) of Sedalia, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Colin, Owen McDonald, August, Julius and Sylvia Bouchard. He is also survived by four nieces, a nephew, many extended family members and dear friends.
