It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldon Charles Hoyt of Cosby, Missouri, born in Bethany, Missouri, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hoyt and Clella Hoyt (Kariker); his wife Rose Mary Christie; and his brothers, William David Hoyt and Ronald Eugene Hoyt.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri Curran (Richard) of Cosby, MO and David Hoyt (Troy) of Hannibal, MO; his grandchildren, Taylor Hoyt of Omaha, NE and Drew Hoyt of Boone, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Ida Mae Christie of Albany, MO, Tyra Thorne of Trenton, MO and Edyie Kispert of Trenton, MO. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
