She is survived by: her parents, Ernie Simon (Jan) and Pat Simon; her children, Miles Hamilton (Catheryn) of Corder, MO, Colby Cowherd of Kansas City, MO, Lauren Oberg (Jacob) of Higginsville and Kaitlyn Cowherd (Kegan Bauman) of Saint Joseph, MO; her brother Caesar Simon (Carmen) of Sausalito, CA; and her grandchildren, Miley, Mason, Cooper and Adalynn.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Zion Lutheran Church.
