He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Goetz and Meta Dittmer Goetz; and his siblings, John, Joe, Raymond Goetz, Flora Goetz, Bertha Alpers, Esther Vorwark and Helen Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Couch; and his sons, Kenneth Goetz (Julie) of Orrick, Leonard Goetz (Shannon) of Higginsville, Delbert Goetz (Amy) of Higginsville and Gary Goetz (Kari) of Higginsville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
