He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Kay Zvacek and Mary Jane Zvacek (Schroder); and his mother-in-law Delores Faye Manning. He is survived by: his wife Jill Zvacek (Manning); his daughters, Melissa Hail (Brandon) of Pleasant Hill, MO and Courtney Zvacek of Warrensburg, MO; his stepchildren, Matthew Marsh (Katelyn) of Corder, Rebecca Mahnken of Concordia, MO and Kimberly Riedl (Louis) of Warrensburg; his siblings, Michael Zvacek (Cheryl) of Holden, MO and Lisa Pemberton (Joel) of Holden; his grandchildren, Brayden, Lillian, Brookelynn, Anthony, Rylee and Isabelle; his stepmother Pat Zvacek of Holden; and his parents-in-law, Don Manning of Corder, Kevin Manning of Corder and Beth Gash (Rex) of Higginsville.
