He is survived by: his mother Geneva Starnes (Peppers) of Lebanon, Missouri; his significant other Jane Lewis of Conway, Missouri; his siblings, Danny (Donna Starnes), Eddie (Laina Starnes), Rick (Janet Starnes) and Melba Starnes of Lebanon, Missouri; his sister-in-law Chris Jernigan; and his daughters, Misty Starnes of Springfield and Jessica (Adam Edgar). He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
