He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Legan and Bernice Legan (Minnick); and his siblings, James and Clara Watson. He is survived by: his grandson Hunter Legan; his siblings, Ralph Legan, Paul (MaryAnn), Harold Legan (Phyliss), Darrell Legan (Alice), Wilma Lewis, Lebanon and Carol (Lynn); and his wife Colleen Day. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Graham Cemetery and left in care of the funeral home.
