He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Stevens and Opal Stevens (Davis); his spouse Evonne Dugan; his siblings, Bernice Long (William), James Stevens (Korean War), Don Stevens (Shirley) and Junior Stevens (Loretta); and his siblings-in-law, Herschel Howerton and Fern Tracy (Julian).
He is survived by: his sons, Dan Stevens (Beth) of Buffalo and Dale Stevens (Christy) of Conway, Missouri; his grandchildren, Alicia Myers (Brad), Meghan Thomas (Cale), Rachel Sloan (Josh), Ramey Stevens (Brandi), Angie Fariole (Johnny) and Phillip Hendrix (Dakota); and his siblings, Wanda Howerton of Long Lane, Betty Day (Jim) of Niangua, Pete Stevens (Connie) of Conway and Jerry Stevens of Pleasant Hope. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Graceland Cemetery, Gideon's or Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch in care of the funeral home.
