He was predeceased by: his parent Cleopatra Oberbeck; his wife Edna Louise Marshall; his son Lonnie Oberbeck; his nephew Charles Oberbeck; and his siblings, Clara Herman, Ida Johnston, Floyd, Ira, August, Henry, Dale and Owen Oberbeck.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Swadley (Junior), Walter (Cathie), Paul (Mandy Hope) and Mark Oberbeck; and his niece Cleo Sue Parker. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Timber Ridge Cemetery.
