He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Pulver and Jessie Mae Pulver (Jackson); and his sister Marvella Waggoner (Lynn Pulver). He is survived by: his children, Stephan Pulver (Saori), Christina Pulver-Sanders (Kelly), Lisa Pulver (Alexa) and Ron Partain (Lori); his grandchildren, Tony Pulver, Ayumi Pulver, Evert Sanders, Aiden Sanders, Cory Sterling, Autumn Partain, Alysha Brown, Steven Sterling and Ronald Partain III; and his friends, Robert and Teresa Russell. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
