He is survived by: his mother Nancy Carr Forbes of Arma, Kansas; his children, Anna Chatmon (Anthony) of Frontenac, Abigail Kirsch of Pittsburg, Heather Weddle (Ryan) of Lebanon, Sandi Romero of Springfield, Missouri, Denis Miller of Pittsburg and Mike Fairchild of Hartville; his grandchildren, Jourdain Granere, Amara Chatmon, William Kirsch (Bethany), Hunter Kirsch, Jack Kirsch, Lucas Kirsch, Levi Pettyjohn (Sarah), Makenzie Al-Arahshun (Nizar), Jocee Pettyjohn, Emilia Romero, Mya Wilson, Braulio Romero and Ella Fairchild; his siblings, Doug Forbes (Ellen) of Montana, Carol Clark (John) of Arma and Linda Poznick of Pittsburg, Kansas; his daughter-in-law Tricia Pettyjohn; his brother-in-law Doyle Standifer; and his pets, Max and Murphy. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
