He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jasper and Melissa Ann Hurt Bohannon; his siblings, Elsi (Bud), Everett, Elizabeth Owens and Dorrlis Cunningham; and his grandsons, Jack and Ace.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue; and his sons, Danny (Regina), Dennis (Karen), Dale and Duane Bohannon (Devita). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
