Percival; her sons, Mark Percival (Kelly) of Springfield, Michael Percival (Monica) of Springfield and Stephen Percival of Conway, Missouri; her grandchildren, Grace, Natalie, Molly, Rebecca, Zoey and Andrew; and her siblings, Don Cooke of Goodson, Missouri and Sandra Fairweather of Edwards, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
