He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Cloerene Vincent (Loney) and Herbert Vincent; his brothers, Herbert Floyd Jr. and Leister (Emma June Vincent); and his brother-in-law Leon Rosenthal.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Shockley; his children, Sonja Starnes (Alva) of Lebanon, Lisa Miles of Springfield, Missy Cook (Doug) of Conway and Jennifer Jones (Randall) of Conway; his grandchildren, Brent Deckard, Heather, Tyler, Brent Cook, Lesley, Dustin, Jeremy, Baylie, Chelsey and Madysen; his great grandchildren, Blake, Kole, Kale, Quentin, Keaton, Kayli, Brysn, Natali, Kameron, Riley, Kinsley, Carson, Ansley, Bentlee and Hudson Ray; his siblings, Barbara Rosenthal of Conway, Carmon Brewster of Buffalo and Bill Vincent (Donna) of Conway; and his close friend Farris Robertson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Doc's on Rocks or St. Jude's in care of the funeral home.
