He was predeceased by: his mother Amanda Grefe; his spouse Alleen E. Brunkhorst; and his siblings-in-law, Verdus Brunkhorst, Hobert Hinck, Ruth Hink, Laverne Gieselman and Velma K. Hinck.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Fuchs (Roger) of Concordia and Wanda Thornton (Stanley) of Sweet Springs; his grandchildren, Brett Fuchs (Gina), Blaine Thornton (Tiffany), Meridith Haley (Jeremy) and Rachel Hudson (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Ashlee, Lola Fuchs, Charlot, Conrad Thornton and Kaiden Haley; and his siblings-in-law, Ramona Brunkhorst, Roger Hink and Nathan Gieselman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Good Shepherd Care Community Memory Care Center or Crossroads Hospice.
