He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Stuenkel and Hulda Wolters Stuenkel; his spouse Gladys "Polly" Sylvester; and his brother Willard Stuenkel. He is survived by: his children, Paul Stuenkel (Terri) of Houston, TX, Debbie Prange (Dan) of St. Louis, MO and Becky Hoag (Daniel) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Christopher Stuenkel (Stephanie), Philip Prange (Erin), Sarah Stuenkel, Lauren Hoag, Stacy Hoag, Benjamin Prange (Brittany) and Michael Hoag (Laura); his great grandchildren, Trenton Stuenkel, Aubrey Prange, Vivian Prange, Harrison Hoag and Warner Prange; his sister Arleen "Toots" Dittmer (Marvin) of Concordia; and his sister-in-law Florence "Flossie" Oldberg (Willard) of Mission, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
