He was predeceased by: his wife Edna; and his siblings, Ralph Hinck, Earl Hinck, Elsie May Hinck and Lorna Oetting.
He is survived by: his children, Darel Hinck of Marshall, Keith Hinck (Brenda) of Independence and Debra Harms (James) of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Kyle Harms, Joel Harms, Shawn Hinck and Kimberly Hinck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
