He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings Bryan Webb and Emma Ethel Young Webb; his wife Judith Ann Young; and his siblings, Betty Webb, Martha Simmons and Jake Webb.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori McGinnis (Todd) of Concordia; and his granddaughter Savannah McGinnis. He is also survived by kids and grandkids; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; as well as nieces, nephews.
