He was predeceased by: his parents, David Joyce Johnson and R. Mae Smith Johnson; his children, Jay Johnson and Bethany Eubanks; and his sisters, Darlene Bodenstab and Donna Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Allison Johnson of Denver, CO, Linsey Fulton of Excelsior Springs, MO, Tyler Johnson (Creighton) of Olathe, KS and Courtney Johnson-Hanger of Kansas City, MO; and his brothers, Danny Johnson of Marshall, MO, David Johnson of Shawnee, KS and Donald Johnson of Concordia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
