With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geroge Robert Hill (Concordia, Missouri), who passed away on March 21, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwin Hill and Isabell Eastridge Hill; and his sister Virginia Lee. He is survived by: his wife Laura Lee Schmelter; his children, George Robert Hill Jr. (Connie) of Smithville and Debra Johnson (Wilbert) of Concordia; his grandchildren, Taylor, Peyton, McKenna, Christopher, Caitlynn, Jordan, Kinsey, Dominick and Isabella; and his siblings, James Hill of Independence, Charlie Hill of Emma and Karen Palmer of Blue Springs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Memorials are suggested to Tieman-Blackburn American Legion Post 478 in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
