It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Sue Simkins of Concordia, Missouri, born in Slater, Missouri, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Joseph and Gertrude Lucille Butler (Yates); her husband Robert Wayne Simkins; and her daughter Terri Garrison. She is survived by: her friend Donna; and her children, Justine Lubansky, Lori Reicher, Stanley McGroarty, Jr., Kimberly Briggs and Debra Lavatai. She is also survived by ten grandchildren many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren., and many relatives and friends.
