He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Bliley and Theresa F. Bliley (Wiederholt); his grandson Jeremy Salinas; his son-in-law Steven Wiederholt; and his siblings, Bernadine Auffert, Lorene Lager, Pauline Holtman, Rosetta Redden, Mary From and Ralph Bliley.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Bliley, Joe Bliley (Martha), Charles Bliley (Tammy), Carol Wood (Mark), Steve Bliley (Barb), Teresa Wiederholt (Jack Partridge), Ann Stiens (Gary Montross), Mary Welch (Tim Wilmes) and Gaylord Augustine (Robin); and his sister Patricia "Pat" Driskell. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, thirty-nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family suggests memorials to the American Legion Post #464 or Tri-C Fire Department.
