She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Phillips and Ethel Phillips (Huff); her stepfather Elmo Murphy; her siblings, James Lloyd "Blackie" Phillips and Jean Ann Bashor (Mike); her daughter Kimberly Reidlinger; and her father-in-law Ralph Bliley.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Bliley; her siblings, Janet Bliley (George), Donna Murphy and Danny Murphy; her mother-in-law Betty Bliley; her grandchildren, Amanda Reidlinger, Rachael McKee (Klint) and Rene Reidlinger (Mickala); and her brother-in-law Jon. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
