He is survived by: his wife Angie Kelley; his children, Chad Kelley (Tedra), Grant Kelley (Amber), Todd Bittle Jr. (Makenzie) and Shawntae Knowles; his brother Tim Kelley (Desiree Harmon); his grandchildren, Kaiya Kelley, Taylor Kelley, Kolton Kelley, Malaki Montgomery, Taeshawn Montgomery, Kendelyn Kelley, Reid Kelley, Adelaide Bittle and Quinley Bittle; and his brother Rodney Gilmore.
