She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ryan Rath and Margaret Rath (Jindra); and her sister Rita Parisey. She is survived by: her husband Barry Lee Malan; her children, Kathryn "Katie" Chester (Adam) of Ormond Beach, FL and Ryan Malan (Rachel) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Isabella Chester, Mya Malan, William Malan, Ariya Malan and Aniya Malan; and her sister Rosemary Clawson (Tony) of St. Louis. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
