It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Palmer of Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Philip Eugene Palmer. He is survived by: his mother Cozetta May Booker (Wise) of Columbia; his wife Tina Ivivsics; his children, Carrie Palmer of Columbia, Stephen Palmer of Columbia and Shawana Dietzel-Scott of Jefferson City; his siblings, Cindy McKenzie, Scott Palmer (Jenny) and Malinda Saccomano; and his nieces and nephews, Madison Palmer, Craig Roberts, Jack Palmer and Ethan Palmer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
