He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Gail Griffitts and Ola Mae Griffitts (Talbert); and his brother Ronnie Griffitts. He is survived by: his wife Jean Griffitts; and his children, David Ladd, Jason Griffitts, Brian Griffitts, Richard Griffitts and Vanessa Bowman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Parker-Millard Funeral Service & Crematory (12 E Ash St, Columbia, MO 65203). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery.
