He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wade and Esther Matthews Wade; his children, Cynthia Sterka and David Wade; and his brother Rodney Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Pini; his daughters, Sarah Zaleski (John) of Westmont, Illinois, Katheryn Christensen (Scott) of Rocheport and Elizabeth Pini (Wayne Brotherton) of Rocheport; his grandchildren, Kenneth Sterka (Jennifer) of Brookfield and April Difatta (Steven) of Addison; and his great grandchild Gavin Sterka.
