He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roe and Mary Roe; his children, Bob Jr. and Claudia (Missy); and his siblings, Charles Roe, Jr., Margaret Diemer and Kathleen Mortell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Geraldine "Gerry" Reese; and his children, Charles (Patricia), Constance Roe Burtnett, Ellen Craig (Kevin) and Jennifer Lovig (William). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
